David Edwin McRoberts, age 89, of Castle Shannon and Palm Harbor, FL went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 9, 2010. Beloved husband of Pauline (Henshaw) McRoberts for 62 years; brother of Robert W. McRoberts of Holidaysburg, PA, Edythe M. Jones of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Louise (James) Marcolivio of Hermitage, PA, Grant J. (Beverly) McRoberts of Bethel Park, PA, and Dr.Jay (Edie) McRoberts of Dickerson, MD. Many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews also survive David. David was a WWII Air Force Veteran, a teacher at Montour High School for 42 years, a member of the Masons William D. McIlroy Lodge #269 F & AM, Pittsburgh, PA for over 50 years, P.S.E.A.R., P.A.S.R., AARP, life member of VFW Post 10167 in Holiday, FL, and a member of the American Legion of Mt. Lebanon.
