David L. Spears (Ret. SSgt. USA) 69, of Holiday, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011.
A beautiful spirit left this life today to be with the angels in Heaven. A dedicated son, father, and
husband who loved life and accepted the gifts received from God with thankfulness and humility.
David was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, member of the Masonic Lodge in Waynesville, MO and
Logan, WV, past Rajah of the Pulaski County Shrine club and member of the Eastern Star, member of the
VFW in Holiday. Survived by wife, Betty; son Larry; daughter, Virginia; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren;
two brothers, Carl & Howard. He will be sorely missed by those who love him.
